Straight answers
The questions you're already thinking.
No spin, no sales-speak. These are the real ones roofing owners ask us, answered the way we'd answer them on the phone. If we don't know, we say so.
Real objections, real answers
Ask us the hard ones. We'd rather answer them now.
I've been burned by people selling shared junk. How is this different?
This is the opposite of a shared list. It is your front door, under your name, with your work and your reviews on it. Nobody else gets your calls. And you watch every piece go live before any money changes hands, so there is nothing to take on faith.
I'm too busy on roofs to babysit another vendor. How much of my time does this take?
Almost none, and what little there is happens up front. You point us at your work and your service area, then we do the build, the profile, the reviews, the chat, and the text-back. The chat and the text-back run while you are on the roof. You answer the phone and close the job. That is the whole job.
Why pay monthly? Can't I just buy a website once?
A site nobody finds is a brochure in a drawer. The monthly is what keeps you found, keeps fresh reviews coming with the right words in them, and keeps the money calls captured day and night. The booked-out guy down the street is not winning on a one-time website, and a one-time website will not make you the name in town.
Will the chat sound like a robot and embarrass me?
It is text and chat, never a robot voice on the phone. It answers in your name, asks the right questions, and books the homeowner. You read exactly what it says and approve it before it ever goes live, so nothing goes out under your name that you did not sign off on.
Do you guarantee a spot on the Google map?
No, and we never will. Nobody controls that, and anyone who guarantees it is selling you a number they cannot hold. What we guarantee is the work we control: a delivered build, a live profile, and a documented number of real homeowner conversations inside 90 days, or we keep working free until we hit it.
What if I can't service more work than I already get?
Then this is not for you right now, and we will tell you that on the free check. This is built for established owners who already close jobs well and have the crew to handle more. If you cannot pick up or call back the work you already get, more homeowner calls will not help you, and we are not going to take your money to prove it.
Is there a contract?
A three-month minimum, then month to month. The minimum is there because winning the map and stacking fresh reviews takes 60 to 90 days to compound, so a shorter run would not be a fair test. After the first three months you can stop whenever you want.
What does it cost?
About $2,500 to build, then $1,500 a month, with the three-month minimum. One roof job averages about $11,200, so one extra job most months pays for it several times over. The first roofer in gets founder pricing for being the case we write up. Full numbers are on the pricing page.
No card. No contract. No deck.
Still got a question? Ask it on the free check.
Fifteen minutes on a screen-share, your real profile on screen, and you can ask anything you want. We pull up your reviews and the booked-out guy down the street and show you, live, where the money calls are slipping past you.
15 minutes, screen-share, no deck, no pressure. If it's a fit, founder pricing.
